Let Go
Ajabde was
back in her dance studio after a long time. Stretching her limbs one by one she
closed her eyes as she allowed herself to forget all the worries and just relax
in the way she knew best-dance. She had refused to speak with Kamla or anyone
with regards to the attacks as she had enough of the drama. All she wanted to
focus was on the upcoming dance competition and nothing more. Every step set
her free from the shackles of reality allowing her to immerse herself with the
music that flowed out of the speakers. As the song ended she perfected her
stance when someone clapped. She looked in the mirror and a frown appeared on
her face
Ajabde: Mr Singhania
Raghav: Hello Ajabde. I must say you are a talented
dancer
Ajabde: How
may I help you?
Raghav: Go out with me
Ajabde:
Excuse me
Raghav: I’m sorry I meant allow me the pleasure of
having your company for (looks at his watch) lunch
Ajabde
stared at him hard when he continued
Raghav: It’s my way of apologising of whatever
happened during the college function
Ajabde:
That’s not required and as far as I remember handled the matter that day itself
Raghav: True…your slap was quite hard
Ajabde: If
that is all then I would like to take your leave (she turned to leave) while
Raghav stood there smiling
Raghav: Your name might have changed but I know it is
you. Only Kalpi had the guts to speak to me like you did and this time I’m not
letting you go
Ajabde was
fuming as she threw the bag in the backseat and took her place in the front
with Pratap who was a bit scared of her mood at the moment
Ajabde: How
dare he barge into my dancing studio and ask me out. The nerve of that man I
should have slapped him
Pratap: Calm down. Who came to the studios?
Ajabde:
Raghav Singhania. He came to the studios unannounced and asked me out for
lunch. Who has lunch at 3:00pm?
Pratap:
hmmmmm
Ajabde: What?
Pratap: He showed up at home yesterday. Ranimaa told
me said he was there to meet us after he heard about the blast and also got a
bouquet of flowers for you
Ajabde: I
hope she didn’t keep it
Pratap:
Nope. Gave it to one of the help
Ajabde: Do
you think we should have listened to what Kamla ji wanted to tell me? I didn’t
want to hear because even though I resemble her late daughter I’m not Kalpi and
everyone knows that. I swear ever since that function my life has gone through
enough and I don’t want it to stretch anymore. The police will find out who is
behind all of this and the only thing I want to worry about is the upcoming
competition
Pratap: Yes
ma’am
Neetu Kapoor
never in her wildest of dreams imagined her death would come at the hands of
someone she knew personally. She was living like a beggar wearing those cotton
sarees that she despised was not enough torture that she had to be kidnapped
and tortured further by being tied with dirty clothes and fed only watery daal
while being shown clips of her lavish lifestyle.
NK: Let me
go and I promise you I will give you all the money you need
Figure: As
if you have the money Mrs Kapoor
NK: Your
voice seems so familiar. Have we met before?
Show me your face
The figure
looked at the woman and took off the mask
NK: You…. But why are you doing this to me?
Figure: Now that you know me it’s time to say goodbye
NK: No wait…
I won’t ever betray you. Please let me go
Figure: This
is me letting you go
Ahhhh NK as she is called is done with.... The killer sure is a crazy man.
